Australian Mouthguards have brought the benefits of the Acorn Brand to Australia. Using ourshade guide, clients can choose any colour combination in 22 plus designs

All multiple colour combinations are made here in Australia and can be customized to individual needs and requirements.

AVAILABLE MOUTHGUARD DESIGNS:

2 stripe - 2 segments 2 colours (diagonal available on request)

3 stripe - 3 segments up to 3 different colours (diagonal available on request)

4 stripe - 4 segments up to 4 different colours

5 stripe - 5 segments up to 5 different colours

6 stripe - 6 segments up to 6 different colours

7 stripe - 7 segments alternative stripe size up to 7 colurs

SPECIAL STRIPE - a possible 16 segment blank any combination of colours (6mm strips)

MICRO SPECIAL STRIPE - (4mm strips any colour combination)

HARLEQUIN any colour combination (6mm squares)

MICRO HARLEQUIN - ( 4mm squares)

MARBLE - 3D MARBLE - SPLASH any colour combination

MARBLE 50/50 - 1/2 marble 1/2 single colour

MARBLE STRIPE - 3 stripe with middle being marble

TOP DECK - any colour laminated onto any colour out of the 35 colours.

MOUSTACHE ,TOOTHLESS, TIGER and STAGGER STRIPE

COLLISION - 1/2 marble and 1/2 horizontal micro special stripe

Our blanks/Foils are available in 1mm,2mm,3mm,4mm and 5mm thickness,with 1.5mm also available in clear. A laminating service option is available for any alternative desired thickness.

Sheets can be ordered in 120mm &125mm Round and square suiting any methods and machines, these all available in 35 colours. Our EVA material has a Shore hardness of 75.
