About Australian Mouthguards

Australian Mouthguards is a family run business that now solely make and supply Mouthguard, splint making material, mouthguard polish and boxes.

Starting off as a side business to a fully running laboratory and Prosthetic Surgery in 2002, now sees us leave behind our mouthguard making days and putting to use the over 50 years' experience that has been handed down to the next generation to move forward this progressive business.

All colour combination materials are made here in Australia with the origin of our material coming from our parent company Acorn Polymers.

Our material is made from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate EVA a medical grade high impact material made with virgin non-recyclable material that has a shore hardness of 75. Acorn Polymers is registered with MDA and is able to apply the Ce mark to their products (Pure EVA material).

We offer a Quality product that meets all the standards for maximum protection, is lovely to work with and has endless design and colour combinations available.
